1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sagar Coaching Center. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our physical coaching services at B-49 Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, and our website. By enrolling at our institute or using our website, you (and your parent/guardian if you are a minor) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sagar Coaching Center provides offline coaching for students of Classes 9 to 12 across the following specialized batches:

• Foundation Batch — Class 9 (Maths, Science, English, Social Science)
• Topper's Batch — Class 10 (Maths, Science, English, Social Science)
• Achiever's Batch — Class 11 & 12 Commerce (Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies)
• Newton's Batch — Class 11 & 12 Science (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Kautaliya Batch — Class 11 & 12 Humanities (History, Political Science, Geography)

All services are conducted under the guidance of Dr. Harsh Singh, Founder & Director.

3. Admission and Enrollment

Admission to any batch is subject to seat availability and is confirmed only upon completion of the enrollment process and payment of applicable fees. The institute reserves the right to place a student in the appropriate batch based on academic assessment. The institute also reserves the right to refuse admission without stating a reason.

4. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined learning environment. While enrolled at Sagar Coaching Center, students must:

• Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior towards teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
• Attend classes regularly and punctually.
• Refrain from using mobile phones or electronic devices during class hours without permission.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

Sagar Coaching Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any student found in violation of this code of conduct, without refund of fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, test papers, and educational content provided by Sagar Coaching Center are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute. These materials are provided solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of enrolled students. Copying, distributing, selling, or uploading these materials to any public platform (including WhatsApp groups, Telegram, YouTube, or any website) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

• Fee Payment: Monthly or session-wise fees must be paid by the due date communicated by the administration. Non-payment may result in restriction from classes.
• Refunds: Tuition fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of the management in extraordinary circumstances.
• Attendance: Regular attendance is strongly advised for best results. The institute is not obligated to provide compensatory or make-up classes for absences due to personal reasons.

7. Educational Visits

Sagar Coaching Center organizes optional educational visits to various political, scientific, historical, and religious sites across India. Participation in these visits is voluntary. Parents/guardians must provide written consent for students under 18. The institute will take reasonable precautions for student safety but shall not be liable for any unforeseen incidents during visits.

8. Disclaimer of Results

While Sagar Coaching Center employs experienced faculty and provides comprehensive coaching to help students achieve their academic goals, educational success ultimately depends on the individual student's effort, dedication, and consistent study. We do not guarantee specific exam results, marks, ranks, or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sagar Coaching Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any interruption in services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
